節(jié)能狀態(tài)：當處于技能狀態(tài)運行時，伺服輸出端子Y1動作，KA10吸合，外部48V3A電源經(jīng)KA10的3，4常開端子和比例閥形成回路，該回路電流一直維持在1A，所以比例閥一直處于開合度狀態(tài);同時注塑機流量信號F+經(jīng)過KA10吸合的常開點1-3，40歐姆電阻，常開點2-4，經(jīng)伺服驅(qū)動器信號端子后流入注塑機控制器F-形成回路，當F+，F(xiàn)-兩端電壓在0-48v變化時，其回路電流剛好在0-1A變化，從而實現(xiàn)對伺服控制器的速度控制。

2.運行控制及速度補償：

接線步驟：

1)先將驅(qū)動器24V和PLC端子上的短接片去掉。

2)將YCM接入伺服驅(qū)動器端子PLC.

3)判斷注塑機YCM是注塑機控制電源24v的正端還是負端，如果是正端就將注塑機控制器24V電源負端經(jīng)過節(jié)能狀態(tài)時吸合接觸器的常開觸點后接入伺服驅(qū)動器X1.如果是負端就將注塑機控制器24V電源正端經(jīng)過節(jié)能狀態(tài)時吸合接觸器的常開觸點后接入伺服驅(qū)動器X1
